Losin’ it Episode Guide


Episode 1.1 – Lights, Camera, happy birthday (Pilot)

Brad Lee deals with the fact that he turns 40 years old today. He comes to the realization that his so called ‘friends’ don’t even know him. Brad, also has to realize that his life is what it is: single, aging and middleclass. Well known Producer, Rob Spindle, comes to the gym and offers Brad the chance to turn his gym around. Filming a reality based show in his gym using all of the regulars as the main characters. Brad being the selfish guy he is accepts. Filming starts in a week.

Episode 1.2 – Kitty, I thought you were dead.
It is the first day of shooting. The Reality show “losin’ it” takes off. Everything goes perfect except a PA knocks over the cage that holds Brads pet rat. According to Kerry it is a kitty. It runs free. And runs into the pool and clogs the filter. Kerry goes to great lengths to try and find Kitty. He ends up in another gym. The smell in the gym gets so bad it sets back the production. Everyone has to evacuate the building.

Episode 1.3 – I thought ‘A-Rack’ was a country.
Kerry Foskit walks into the women’s changing room and sees Aaliyah nude. Kerry had a panic attack. The ambulance arrives and takes him to the hospital. Kerry tries to escape even though he is free to go anytime he likes. New members have just joined the gym. “The Hall Sisters”. Jake talks to Kerry and opens up to him. He says he has been following the twins for the past 2 weeks. First time he saw them was at a yogurt stand, then once at their house….and then again here at the gym.

Episode 1.4 – A workout gym doesn’t need sand

Brad had to leave to take care of some business with his ex-wife. He tells Kerry that he is in charge of the gym, but secretly leaves the gym in charge of Aaliyah. A salesman comes into the gym and sells Kerry $4000 worth of useless stuff.

Episode 1.5 – The women love Chip
Rob is asked to bring a more modern feel to the show. Rob hires an old friend of his, who is a ‘B’ rated actor from Hollywood. Chip is brought in as an aerobics teacher. Chip Jr. is a homosexual. Brad asks for women advice.

Episode 1.6 – The Gordo Show
It turns out that someone is steeling supplies from the janitor’s office. This is a very serious matter. Gordo finally realizes he should investigate this crime. He steels a camera from Rob and sets it up in his office. It turns out the handsome thief is just him sleepwalking.

Episode 1.7 – Trek Wars
Just as Colin is starting to look fit, the much-anticipated movies come to town. Colin is missing out on his workouts to wait in line for ‘Trek Wars’ in theatres. Everyone is trying to convince him to come back! He was doing so well.

Episode 1.8 – Hamburger Intervention.
Tina can’t help but eat hamburgers all the time. Everyone sits her down in a room and they throw an intervention for her. They are concerned. Hypnosis is the key. Hamburgers are BAD.

Episode 1.9 – Losin it at Christmas
We are all snowed in. Episode 1.10 – Colin goes on a date
Brad buys a new car and parks it out front. It just so happens that Colin has a date. Colin asks if Brad could loan him the car for it. Brad says ‘no’ of course. Colin thinks about it, and does it anyway. The car gets ruined in the process.

Episode 1.11 – Private Johnson
Kerry finds himself in a strange and unusual place after being knocked out while slipping and falling in the mens change room.

Episode 1.12 – Losin the tooth.
There is a leak in the oxygen tank. Everyone in the gym gets high. Kerry starts eating protein bars, and looses his tooth while munching on it. He is let down ‘gently’ by brad that there is no tooth ferry.

Episode 1.13 – Show Cancellation
Rob sits the cast down and shows everyone the some of the episodes before it goes on TV. The reactions are all the same except for Brad. Everyone does not like how they are portrayed in the show. The camera adds an extra 10 pounds. Brad, being selfish, tries to talk to them all and convince them that this is worth keeping. Do they keep it on for another season? We will let the executives decide.
